This quote rings so true for myself. My whole life, whenever I’ve had problems or I was down and out. The simple act of diving into the ocean, waves and the surf always seems to bring everything into perspective. I’m so grateful for the life I’ve led so far and the opportunities I’ve had all around the world to enjoy the ocean and immersing myself in it and soon I'll be back to the ocean and that ' Road less travelled' that I love so much.

Oh how we change. This photo was from my time in California about six years ago. - - That was such a interesting period of my life. There was so much rapid growth that happened in a short time. I can reflect on my experience now with greater clarity. What I have come to see is that stress and hormones play such a great part on our state of being. - - I am presently unwinding from my Education here in Tofino and finding old pattens returning.
